DOMESTIC RETURNS

Returns and exchanges will only be considered if the hygiene strip is still attached to the product. Need a new size? Not sure you and your Kates are meant to be? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right. All orders are eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges up to 30 days after date of purchase. For exchanges-shipping is on us. For returns-you’ll pay postage. Please reach out to shop@dearkates.com to process any returns or exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers: we understand your package takes a bit longer to make it to you. For that reason, you have 60 days from your ship date to return, exchange, or refund your order. Only products with the hygiene strip attached will be considered for return or exchange. For returns and exchanges-you’ll pay postage.
